Warranty

Large appliances, including: Washing machines, dryers, washer-dryers, ovens, hobs, extractor fans and fridges, have the applicable 2-year manufacturer warranty.

Returns

Note that our returns policy does not apply to any of our large appliances once they have been delivered, including: Washing machines, dryers, washer-dryers, ovens, hobs, extractor fans and fridges. 

Small appliances, including blenders, coffee machines, fryers gifts, irons, juicers, kettles, kitcen robots and toasters, can be returned and exchanged for in-store credit within 14 days of having purchased the product.

In-store credit must be used within 6 months from the date of returning an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Perishable goods such as Dolce Gusto pods cannot be returned.
